1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Fast Local Shipping

We utilize multiple local warehouses (including US, EU, and RU) to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Domestic Delivery: Typically 3-7 business days.
International Shipping: For items shipped directly from our manufacturing facility, delivery usually takes 10-15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Restrictions (Important)

As LiPo batteries are classified as dangerous goods:

No P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship batteries to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical residential or business address.
Regional Restrictions: Some remote areas or islands may have shipping restrictions. If we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you immediately and provide a full refund.

4. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders over $[Insert Amount, e.g., $99].
Customs & Duties: For international orders, please note that any local customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active. You can track your package directly on our website via the www.17track.net page.

6. Battery Safety During Transit

All Nihewo and Youme Power batteries are packaged according to international safety standards (UN38.3) to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect the packaging upon arrival. If the box is severely damaged, contact us immediately at szheniu@163.com
