FAQ
Q1: Can I use this with my Arrma Kraton 6S that has an XT90 connector?
A1: Yes – use an adapter from your chosen plug (EC5/XT60) to XT90, or solder a new connector. Verify polarity.
Q2: What charge current is safe?
A2: Set charger to LiPo balance mode, 4S, and charge at 3.25A–6.5A (0.5C–1C). Never exceed 6.5A.
Q3: Battery gets warm after running – is that OK?
A3: Mild warmth (40–50°C) is normal. If too hot to hold or swollen, stop and check your gearing/ESC settings.
Q4: Which discharge plug should I choose?
A4: Match your ESC plug – TRX for Traxxas, EC5 for most Arrma 6S/8S, XT60 for many aftermarket ESCs. Choose the closest match.
Q5: New battery shows uneven cell voltages – defective?
A5: Likely not. Balance charge once at 0.5C; cells should equalize to 4.18–4.20V. If still >0.1V difference after two cycles, contact support.
